About the role

The Business Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers in the market, driving business planning, performance evaluation, inventory, pricing, and demand forecasting. This full‑time position works closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute strategic business plans that support BBG’s Trade Development mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a monthly business planning cadence with suppliers and sales leads.
  • Develop execution plans, sales documents, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
  • Evaluate performance metrics, maintain supplier scorecards, and report against budget.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards and Finance to manage sales blocks, purchase blocks, allocation rules, and over‑inventory.
  • Negotiate price changes and manage the tactical BBG budget.
  • Partner with Demand Planning to produce forecasts and budgets.

Required profile

  • Current BBG associate willing to apply through the internal Career Portal.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, key sales drivers, and brand performance.
  • Commitment to adhere to BBG business rules and the Reliability Model.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive results.
