About the role
Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations across three signature restaurants and multiple private dining experiences on this remote private island. The role combines creative menu development, team leadership, and hands‑on interaction with guests in a unique, serene environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and staff training.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury resort settings.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Exceptional creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Excellent organizational, logistics and time‑management skills.
- Knowledge of current food trends and advanced culinary techniques.
