Directs strategic initiatives such as the integration of ABC Bank Egypt and Blom Bank Egypt, real‑estate portfolio optimization, and implementation of the 2024‑26 retail strategy. Manages vendor performance, procurement contracts, fleet, bookings, and governmental relations while ensuring compliance with HSE, audit and regulatory standards. Drives budgeting, spend tracking, risk controls and sustainability reporting, reporting to HQ and local business units.
