Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering a warm, friendly dining experience for guests in Seychelles or other locations. You will help organise the team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the brand’s high standards of service, hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in transmitting guidelines and priorities to the team.
• Organise staff schedules, restaurant logistics and buffet supervision.
• Lead, train and develop the restaurant team to maintain excellent service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and create additional sales opportunities.
• Optimise cost‑effectiveness of service while maintaining quality.
• Decorate the restaurant according to evening themes and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Agile and flexible with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Meticulous and attentive to both service and operational standards.
