Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analyses to inform programme decisions.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, including indicator tracking.
• Perform impact assessments and synthesize evidence from quantitative and qualitative sources.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports and results summaries.
• Assist with surveys, reporting and data compilation for the project.
• Collaborate with programme partners to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Document methodologies and contribute to evidence‑based policy recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
• At least three years of professional experience in data or economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and dashboard preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs.
