Executive Chef – Luxury Resort

About the role

Six Senses Zil Pasyon is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary team and deliver exceptional, wellness‑focused dining experiences. You will champion the brand’s values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, and pioneering wellness while ensuring sustainability is embedded in every aspect of the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire culinary operation, maintaining brand standards and delivering high‑quality food and service.
• Drive continuous rejuvenation of the culinary experience, integrating locally sourced produce and composting initiatives.
• Implement wellness and nutrition programs, including the development of in‑house products and sustainable sourcing.
• Manage purchasing to align with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Regularly review menus and wine lists to keep them relevant to the Eat With Six Senses philosophy.
• Instill a cost‑focused culture through staff training and education.
• Achieve financial targets related to revenue, profitability and return on invested capital.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, safety, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort culinary environment, including management responsibilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
