Resort Assistant Manager

About the role

The Resort Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a Four Seasons resort, ensuring that guests experience the brand’s signature luxury and genuine hospitality. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, this role helps maintain high service standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily resort operations, including front‑office, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold Four Seasons service excellence.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the property.
• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure seamless delivery of amenities such as private pools, spa services, and beach experiences.
• Drive staff training and development initiatives that reflect Four Seasons’ culture and values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to the Four Seasons service philosophy.
