Server – Luxury Resort Dining

About the role

Join Four Seasons on the secluded Desroches Island to deliver an exceptional beverage and dining experience for guests in a luxury resort setting. As a Server, you will anticipate guest needs, provide attentive service, and uphold the brand’s high standards of professionalism and friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain items, and promote daily specials, including children’s menus and alternative cuisine.
• Operate the Micros POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete end‑of‑day readings.
• Maintain table settings, reset linens, china, glassware, and silverware according to Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest requests proactively, address complaints, and report any incidents to management.
• Perform opening and closing side work, including stocking linen, china, and glassware.
• Assist with ashtray changes, cigarette service, and offering additional beverages or cigars as appropriate.

• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and support other hotel operations as assigned.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
