Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead contract compliance, service delivery and operational performance across multiple divisions in Mahé, Seychelles. The role involves overseeing service standards, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction while coordinating contract mobilisations and handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery against contractual obligations, SLAs, schedules and deadlines.
• Manage and monitor Heads of Department, coordinators and supervisors, ensuring accountability and consistent standards.
• Maintain oversight of contracts, renewals, licences, rosters and operational deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, attendance and compliance.
• Act as a key contact for clients, managing service issues, complaints and corrective actions.
• Coordinate contract mobilisations, handovers and demobilisations.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and escalate overdue matters where required.
• Support audits, inspections and contract reviews.
• Identify operational and contractual risks and provide weekly exception reporting to senior management.
• Promote consistent service standards and compliance across the Group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, service coordination, contract administration or supervision.
• Strong understanding of contracts and service‑level obligations.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to relocate to Mahé, Seychelles.
