Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Club Med Resorts

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Housekeeping Manager in delivering high‑quality cleaning services across the resort. You will work closely with reception, laundry and catering teams to ensure guests enjoy a spotless environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with reception, laundry and catering to maintain seamless operations.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Schedule housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels.
• Monitor work quality to meet Club Med standards.
• Manage internal or external housekeeping teams.
• Oversee restocking of equipment and control the housekeeping budget.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager and act as their substitute when required.
