Finance Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Finance Transformation Project Manager will lead the finance systems migration for Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, overseeing the project from planning through post‑implementation. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and works closely with corporate finance teams to ensure a smooth transition to new finance platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration of finance systems, including planning, execution, validation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Implement OnTrack labour productivity system and ensure data cleansing for Birchstreet procurement, balance‑sheet accounts, and SUN accounting data.
• Deploy Revplan forecasting and budgeting tool and OneStream accounting, reporting, and procurement system.
• Standardize and harmonize finance processes, including Chart of Accounts uniformity and payroll coding alignment.
• Manage localization and compliance with local statutory requirements, tax consolidation, and fixed‑asset treatment.
• Coordinate end‑user training, provide ongoing transformation support, and liaise with corporate deployment leads.
• Design and implement post‑implementation controls, monitor operational effectiveness, and validate migrated data.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining general finance operations.

Required profile

• Experience leading finance transformation or systems migration projects.
• Ability to work closely with finance and IT stakeholders across multiple locations.
