QA Auditor / Inspector

About the role

The QA Auditor / Inspector will enforce the Contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work complies with contractual specifications, policies, and industry standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce the Contractor’s QMS across the project, conduct daily quality audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Monitor and document work activities during regular government hours to verify contractual compliance.
• Perform inspections of completed and ongoing work, confirming adherence to specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and findings; prepare reports for the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with personnel to identify non‑conformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in training initiatives to stay current with industry best practices and QMS compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or QA certifications are a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience enforcing QMS in similar project environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance/inspection processes and compliance systems.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout deployment.
