About the role

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will provide advanced technical assistance for the clinic’s IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted medical operations and supporting staff across clinical and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for all clinic systems, addressing hardware and software incidents promptly.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain, update, and document equipment and software configurations.
• Provide user training and guidance on clinical IT applications.
• Support data‑security initiatives and contribute to process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
