Assistant Facilities Manager (FM Management)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support our FM team in scheduling maintenance, coordinating soft‑service vendors and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across our sites. The role provides 24‑hour emergency support and acts as a liaison between clients, tenants and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the FM team with maintenance planning, scheduling and periodic reviews to ensure projects meet SOPs and client requirements.
• Oversee the performance of Facility Executives and vendors delivering soft services such as landscaping, cleaning and pest control.
• Monitor timely submission of reports to clients and coordinate ad‑hoc and routine works on site.
• Maintain liaison with clients and end‑users, providing emergency support and remediation plans.
• Support budget management and cost control for projects, and facilitate communication between clients and tenants.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or building management.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to engage users, FM staff and clients.
• Pro‑active attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
