Chef de Cuisine – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

Constance Ephelia is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead its fine‑dining restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering an authentic, refined culinary experience that reflects French gastronomy while supporting the resort’s commitment to sustainability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative fine‑dining menus with a strong focus on French cuisine.
• Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards of taste, presentation and quality.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food costs, inventory, waste control and strict hygiene/food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and Procurement teams to source high‑quality, sustainable ingredients.
• Handle dietary requirements, allergies and special guest requests.
• Engage with guests, gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or recognised professional qualification.
• Strong expertise in French cuisine and gastronomic techniques.
• 3‑5 years of fine‑dining experience, including a kitchen leadership role; experience in a Michelin‑starred or high‑end restaurant is highly valued.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and passionate about culinary excellence.
• Fluent in French with a good working level of English.
• Comfortable working in an international resort environment.
