Contract Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team on a large‑scale infrastructure project in Rajshahi. You will work closely with the client, consultants, and construction teams to ensure contractual compliance and support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts and assist the client and consultant on contractual issues.
• Prepare contractor’s certificates and ensure construction quality meets specifications and international standards.
• Resolve disputes and provide support for claims resolution and arbitration proceedings.
• Provide input on all contractual matters, ensuring compliance with the FIDIC Silver Book.

Required profile

• Graduate in a relevant field.
• 10‑15 years of experience on large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EPC/Turnkey projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with FIDIC Silver Book contracts (preferred).
