About the role

The Deputy Team Leader cum Civil Infrastructure Expert will support the Team Leader in planning, implementing and monitoring civil infrastructure projects. This role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, consultants and government authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in project planning, execution and monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure high performance.
• Review project deliverables, reports, designs and technical documents.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and milestones, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards.
• Support procurement, bid evaluation and contract management processes.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and resolve project issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Act as Team Leader in their absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil infrastructure project management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract administration processes.
