F&B Hostess

About the role

Four Seasons in Seychelles is seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Hostess to join its restaurant team. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, creating a positive first impression.
• Coordinate guest reservations, respond to inquiries, and manage the reservation system.
• Review reservations and recommend optimal outlet set‑up based on guest flow.
• Maintain a station chart and cover count, monitoring server capacities.
• Anticipate guest needs, check satisfaction throughout the service, and address any issues.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous host/hostess experience in luxury hotels, standalone restaurants, or restaurant groups.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a personal touch and energetic demeanor.
