Finance Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Finance Transformation Project Manager will lead the finance systems migration for Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, overseeing the end‑to‑end transformation from planning through post‑implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance systems migration, including data cleansing, validation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Implement OnTrack labour productivity system and OneStream accounting, reporting and procurement system.
• Standardize and harmonize finance processes, chart of accounts, payroll coding, and policies.
• Manage local statutory compliance, tax consolidation, and fixed‑asset treatment.
• Provide deployment support, liaison with corporate, and end‑user training.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Finance with general ledger and balance‑sheet reconciliations and supervise payroll, accounts payable and cashiering.

Required profile

• College education or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years experience in a finance department, preferably in a hotel environment.
