Guest Service Agent - Russian Speaking

About the role

The Guest Service Agent (Russian speaking) will join the Front Office/Guest Relations team at Raffles Seychelles. Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, the role focuses on delivering personalized service to Russian‑speaking guests and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill special requests, excursions and VIP preparations.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, frequent‑flyer and loyalty programmes.
• Manage guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions and track feedback.
• Send pre‑arrival emails, update guest profiles, create VIP records and ensure special recognition for repeat guests.
• Review arrival reports, verify special requests, and prepare rooms and amenities for upcoming arrivals.
• Inspect VIP rooms prior to arrival and ensure all preferences are recorded.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language skills combined with excellent English communication.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Experience in handling guest complaints and delivering follow‑up actions.
• Knowledge of hotel promotion and loyalty programmes is advantageous.
