Guest Services Agent – Buggy Driver

About the role

The Guest Services Agent (Buggy Driver) at Four Seasons Desroches Island delivers front‑line hospitality by greeting guests, escorting them to their villas, handling luggage, and performing on‑site errands. This role ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, luxurious experience in a remote, tranquil island setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and deliver luggage at check‑in; collect luggage at departure and move it to storage or the Front Drive.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick‑ups.
• Provide high‑level guest interaction, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries about hotel services, hours, events, and directions.
• Offer assistance to all lobby guests and comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Two Work Rules.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Perform shoeshine service: collect, clean, polish, and return shoes to guests.
• Execute errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the property.
