Housekeeping Team Leader – Resort Seychelles

About the role

Club Med Seychelles is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across its 250‑400 rooms. This seasonal position offers the chance to lead a multicultural team in a premium all‑inclusive resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Participate in cleaning tasks when needed, using automated equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and identify supply requirements.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with other resort departments.
• Support, train, and develop team members.

Required profile

• Discreet, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Attentive to guest needs and capable of delivering personalized service.
• Responsible, adaptable, and able to supervise a multicultural team.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as 1Check and a Property Management System (PMS).
• 1‑3 years of relevant housekeeping or supervisory experience.
