About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé, Seychelles, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its Housekeeping team as trainees. This six‑month apprenticeship provides hands‑on training, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in hospitality cleaning standards while working alongside experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities following established procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisory staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of room status and cleaning completion.
• Assist in organising and restocking cleaning supplies and linen.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all shifts.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Respond professionally to guest requests while respecting guest privacy.
• Participate in induction training and ongoing skills‑development programmes.
• Support the housekeeping team during peak periods and special events.
