Learning & Leadership Development Partner (AMECA)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Leadership Development Partner to lead the L&D agenda across Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia (AMECA) for SJ Global Academy. This senior regional role blends strategic planning with hands‑on facilitation, partnering directly with senior leaders to embed capability development throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a high‑impact L&D strategy aligned with regional talent priorities.
• Design, govern and roll out L&D frameworks, policies and learning pathways across AMECA.
• Project‑manage global and regional leadership development programs and deliver workshops, both in‑person and virtual.
• Coach and mentor leaders while building the capability of the L&D team.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, EDIB and business leaders to integrate learning into the organisational culture.
• Measure and report ROI of L&D initiatives at the organisational level.
• Lead instructional design efforts, creating digital and blended learning solutions and high‑quality materials for technical and consulting environments.

Required profile

• Proven success in creating and executing L&D strategies for multi‑regional organisations.
• Strong experience designing frameworks, policies and structured learning pathways.
• Advanced coaching, mentoring and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to measure organisational learning impact and ROI.
• Experience working across diverse, multicultural regions.
