Outlet Manager

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé, Seychelles, is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of its food and beverage outlets. You will be the visible face of the outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily outlet activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence on the outlet floors during service periods to support staff and engage guests.
• Collect and act on guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate outlet staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Recruit, induct, and train new team members.
• Manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures without compromising quality.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met through regular audits and corrective actions.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align outlet operations with overall resort objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, outlet management, or the hospitality industry.
• Degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Formal training or professional certification in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven expertise in guest relations and service excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
