Part-time Finance Director (Brokerage)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Part‑time Finance Director to provide strategic oversight for a brokerage operating in an international financial services environment. The role ensures compliance with Seychelles regulatory requirements and supports the management team on key operational and governance matters. It requires a commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per week, including attendance at board meetings and involvement in strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the brokerage business.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legal requirements in Seychelles.
• Participate in board meetings and contribute to key management decisions.
• Oversee company performance, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies and partnerships.
• Review financial reports and monitor operational performance.
• Advise management on regulatory changes, industry trends, and market development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Financial Services, Brokerage, Banking, or Investment sectors.
• Previous experience as a Director, Senior Manager, Advisor, or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.
