Project Manager / Electro‑Mechanical Engineer

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong as a Project Manager / Electro‑Mechanical Engineer and lead a multidisciplinary Advisory Consultant team. You will work closely with the Engineer and Employer to ensure smooth construction supervision and documentation for a hydropower plant project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Advisory Consultant team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the Engineer in executing construction supervision activities.
• Administer and supervise overall works and documentation for the project.
• Identify appropriate design standards in collaboration with the Employer when required.
• Review contract documents related to the hydropower plant.
• Review and adjust construction schedules to reflect site conditions.
• Approve and submit monthly progress reports in the format agreed with the Employer and JICA, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor the overall project schedule and progress against targets.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, preferably electro‑mechanical.
• Experience in construction supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with reviewing contract documents and construction schedules.
