QA/QC & Quantity Surveying Professionals for Major Infrastructure Project

About the role

SMEC, a member of the Surbana Jurong Group, is looking for experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Quantity Surveying professionals to support a major roads, tunnels and bridges infrastructure project currently at the EOI stage.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Manage measurement, valuations and payment certifications.
• Monitor cost and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and support reporting and documentation for quality and commercial processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in QA/QC and/or quantity surveying roles.
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and practices.
• Experience with contract administration and cost control, preferably with FIDIC contracts.
