Quantity Surveyor – HOWSIP Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on the HOWSIP Project. You will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth payment processes throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimations and budgets for all phases of the project.
• Monitor project progress against financial targets and update forecasts.
• Manage payment applications, certify works, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Analyse variations, assess risks, and provide cost control recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to align financial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and payment processes for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
