Residential Host – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Residential Host joins the Guest Experience Team at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, delivering personalised luxury service to villa guests, VIPs and groups from pre‑arrival through post‑departure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Four Seasons and Seychelles, sharing in‑depth local culture, nature and sustainable offerings.
• Manage the complete guest journey, collecting preferences and providing warm, refined service that exceeds expectations.
• Communicate any service shortfalls to management and implement recovery actions.
• Liaise with support departments, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Four Seasons, Forbes and LQA standards.
• Drive incremental revenue by promoting resort features, packages and local experiences, monitoring performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintain knowledge of Mahe and Desroches properties, including room types, rates, amenities and daily operations.

Required profile

• Passionate hospitality professional with experience in a luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Residential Host standards and Global Essentials.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and committed to accuracy and excellence.
• Effective communicator who works well within a multicultural team.
