Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join the new Maison at Cheval Blanc Seychelles. Working closely with the Safety and Security Manager, you will help create a safe environment for guests, employees and the resort’s assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Safety and Security Manager in daily operations and the opening of the Maison.
• Oversee the performance of Security Ambassadeurs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Implement and enforce security policies, risk-management procedures and emergency response plans.
• Monitor surveillance, access-control and fire-life safety systems.
• Coordinate incident reporting and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Security Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of security management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response and risk-management strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, train and evaluate a security team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in a fast-paced resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with security management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of fire and life-safety systems.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and access-control technologies.
