Senior Business Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to lead the planning and coordination of site staff deployment, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time. You will act as a key operational liaison, supporting budgeting, tender preparation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site staff deployment to satisfy project requirements.
• Monitor manpower utilisation and assist with budget planning for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact for operational matters.
• Support tender submissions, proposals, fee quotations and gather required information.
• Assist in developing commercial proposals and accurate manpower costing.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment, interview scheduling and staff readiness.
• Track manpower‑related costs, purchase orders and project expenses.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination or manpower planning.
• Proven experience in client coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
