SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost visibility across major search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, content optimisation, and technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links).
• Optimise meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for better user experience and search rankings.
• Develop, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring cost per acquisition and ROI.
• Implement link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyse, and report on SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted work.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints is a plus.
