Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Four Seasons team on the pristine Desroches Island and deliver an exceptional beverage and dining experience to our guests. As a Server, you will anticipate guest needs, provide attentive service, and uphold the brand’s standards of luxury and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring unobtrusive and timely delivery.
• Present menus, explain items, and promote daily specials and children’s options.
• Operate the Micros POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete end‑of‑day readings.
• Maintain table settings, reset linens, china, glassware, and silverware according to Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest requests such as additional beverages, cigars, or cigarettes, and manage ashtrays and crumb tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report any accidents or complaints to management.
• Perform opening and closing side work, including stocking linen and service items.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Willingness to perform a variety of service‑area tasks, including cleaning and restocking.

Required skills

• Familiarity with beverage service, stemware, and appropriate garnishes.
• Experience using the Micros POS system for order entry and payment processing.
