Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work and managed accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling ability.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
