Stewarding Attendant

About the role

The Stewarding Attendant ensures that all kitchen and dining service items are clean, sanitized, and ready for use in a Four Seasons resort. Working closely with the culinary team, the role supports seamless operations by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware, ensuring proper storage.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, steam kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pastry production areas, and hallways.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils following correct cleaning and rinsing procedures.
• Operate the silver burnishing machine safely to polish and maintain silver items; set aside damaged pieces for repair.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely, using appropriate protective equipment and following established protocols.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
