AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. You will work remotely with a global team, shaping training pipelines and ensuring high‑quality model behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage end‑to‑end training workflows, including supervised fine‑tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and red‑team exercises.
• Design complex prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define and maintain rubrics for model output quality and create “golden datasets” that set performance standards.
• Analyze model failures, identify root causes of bias, hallucination, or logical errors, and document findings.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high standards.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable training tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to annotation tools and platforms.
• Generate high‑quality synthetic data to augment training datasets for niche scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and articulate abstract concepts.
• Willingness to learn internal tooling, basic machine‑learning concepts, and stay updated on AI safety research.
• Experience using data analysis or metrics to justify training decisions and measure model performance.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to shift between technical tasks (e.g., ranking code) and creative tasks (e.g., writing fiction).
