Air‑Condition & Refrigeration Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Air‑Condition & Refrigeration Supervisor to lead the HVAC team at our luxury resort in Baie Ste Anne. The role ensures efficient operation, maintenance and improvement of all heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and chilled‑water systems for the hotel and staff housing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, chilled‑water distribution and environmental control systems.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance programme and schedule planned and unplanned work.
• Review plans, specifications and contractor work for compliance and quality.
• Coordinate with engineering management on system improvements and daily staff briefings.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met during all contractor and in‑house activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Air‑Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• 3‑5 years’ supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• HVAC system installation and repair.
• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Design and modification of air‑conditioning systems.
• Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Computer software usage for maintenance management.
