Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to champion personalised guest experiences and support its commitment to exceptional luxury service. The role supports the Director of Public Relations and Marketing in maintaining data integrity and supervises other areas of the Commercial Department.

Key responsibilities

• Paid media and online optimisation: manage paid media campaigns with agency partners, including search engine marketing, budget control and monthly performance reporting by property
• Social media and organic performance: own the content calendar, create and track social content, report monthly and adjust the calendar
• Influencer hosting: assess and negotiate influencer partnerships, brief operations, host creators and track output against cost
• Content production: shoot and edit stills and short video, manage commissioned photography and videography, maintain the image library and user-generated content rights
• Websites, channels and community management: update resort websites and OTA listings, support search visibility and handle online reviews within 48 hours

Required profile

• 1 year of assistant manager and management experience in a 5-star hotel or resort
• Experience in a luxury five-star hotel environment with strong knowledge of stewarding standards and Global Essentials
• Excellent English, maths and psychometric abilities
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and a strong communicator in a multicultural team
