Bridge Engineer (Superstructure: Concrete)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Bridge Engineer specialized in concrete superstructures to join our multidisciplinary team at the MPDP Project Office. The role involves leading bridge and structural works, ensuring seamless project delivery and contributing to the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bridge and structural construction to guarantee compliance with approved designs, specifications and quality standards.
• Review and approve contractor drawings, temporary works and construction methodologies.
• Administer contracts, issue technical instructions, approvals and on‑site decisions.
• Monitor quality assurance, testing procedures and adequacy of construction resources.
• Support design modifications, prepare as‑built documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Graduation in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of professional experience, including 15+ years on road and bridge projects.
• 10+ years of overseas experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex bridge projects.
