Corporate Clients Executive

About the role

The Corporate Clients Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Seychelles. You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, reviewing their risk exposures and delivering tailored insurance solutions throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Clients Manager in servicing the corporate client portfolio.
• Analyse clients’ businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare comprehensive submissions for insurers.
• Obtain, review, negotiate and compare quotations, coverage, premiums, exclusions and other policy terms.
• Present insurance options and recommendations to clients clearly and accurately.
• Process new business placements, policy endorsements and corporate client instructions.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, surveyors and other stakeholders on placements and policy administration.
• Collaborate with the Renewals Executive and Claims Executive to provide coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in retaining and developing the corporate client portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Seychelles insurance market, products, policy wordings and underwriting procedures.
• Technical knowledge of commercial insurance classes such as motor fleet, fire & special perils, marine, liability and engineering.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in commercial lines underwriting, insurance broking or corporate portfolio management.
• Post‑secondary certificate, diploma or equivalent in Insurance, Business Administration, Law, Finance or related field.
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification or other recognised insurance qualification is an advantage.
