Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the F&B division at Raffles Seychelles, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and guest loyalty. This senior position is responsible for strategic planning, brand alignment, and overall performance of all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for the F&B division.
• Oversee policy implementation, training programs, menus, work schedules and standards across all outlets.
• Drive F&B marketing, outlet positioning, pricing strategy and revenue‑maximising initiatives.
• Manage procurement, inventory, cost control, and HACCP compliance for all food and beverage supplies.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management and development of the F&B team.
• Handle guest complaints, ensure service quality, and maintain health, sanitation and safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
