Duty Manager – Russian/French Speaker

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort in Seychelles, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager fluent in Russian or French. The role oversees daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service and smooth coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, providing satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversee all operational activities during shifts, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
• Manage and supervise staff, offering guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular resort walks and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with Russian or French‑speaking guests, delivering personalized service.
• Handle emergency situations with composure and decisive action.
• Prepare and submit detailed shift reports documenting incidents, guest feedback, and operational matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Duty Manager in a 5‑star luxury resort or similar hotel management role.
• Fluency in Russian, French, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Positive, confident, approachable, guest‑focused leadership style.
• Experience managing multilingual teams and working in an island environment.
