Experience Manager

About the role

The Experience Manager leads the Experiences team at Six Senses Zil Pasyon, ensuring that guests enjoy safe, memorable, and sustainable activities that reflect the brand’s values of emotional hospitality, wellness, and local sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Experience hosts, plan and deliver departmental training, and monitor service standards.
• Organise and oversee excursions, water‑sports, and other guest activities, ensuring safety, high service quality, and compliance with resort policies.
• Maintain inventory, manage departmental budgeting, forecasting and cost control, and ensure ethical operation within local law.
• Collaborate with other departments, handle guest feedback, and drive service recovery when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Experience in swimming, boat handling and water‑sports activities.
