Experience Manager – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

The Experience Manager will champion Six Senses’ vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the world. You will lead the Experiences department, ensuring every offering reflects the brand’s pillars of sustainability, wellness and crafted experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Rejuvenate and continuously assess the Experiences portfolio to keep it innovative and aligned with Six Senses wellness standards.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to LQA standards through regular on‑site inspections.
• Lead a team of hosts, driving exceptional service, handling guest complaints and ensuring swift service recovery.
• Plan and execute the department’s business strategy, manage monthly inventory and follow property pricing guidelines.
• Oversee budget control, forecasting and cost optimisation while preserving quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and PR to develop revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Ensure clear inter‑departmental communication and compliance with local laws and safety procedures.
• Prepare required documentation and fulfil corporate reporting obligations.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, grooming and hygiene consistent with brand standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency protocols.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, budgeting and inventory management.
