F&B Outlet Manager

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead personalised guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead and motivate staff across all day or fine dining outlets.
• Maintain quality of food, ingredients and preparation methods, and provide expert wine and spirits knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior F&B leadership and culinary teams to design menus and wine lists.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting and inventory management.
• Monitor facility and equipment conditions and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of assistant manager or management experience in a 5‑star hotel/resort.
• Experience in a luxury five‑star hotel environment with strong knowledge of F&B standards.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Strong communicator able to work within a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu and wine list development.
• Ability to manage labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
