F&B Outlet Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a passionate F&B Outlet Manager to lead the all‑day and fine‑dining restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. The role focuses on delivering personalised luxury guest experiences while overseeing all operational aspects of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, coach and discipline staff to uphold Four Seasons’ service standards.
• Plan and execute long‑range strategic initiatives for the outlet’s operation.
• Maintain food quality, ingredient standards and provide expert wine and spirits knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of F&B, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus and wine lists.
• Control labour and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory management.
• Monitor facility and equipment conditions and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of assistant‑manager or management experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of luxury Food & Beverage standards and operations.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and excellent communicator within a multicultural team.
