General Operations Nurse – Resorts

About the role

We are looking for a General Operations Nurse to provide on‑site medical assistance at Club Med resorts in Seychelles or other locations. You will work in the infirmary, be on call, and support guests and staff with health care, advice and treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site medical assistance for guests, staff and executives, including welcome, examination, health care, support, advice and treatment.
• Deliver training to department managers on accident response procedures.
• Maintain a preventive health role for staff and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
• Organise infirmary equipment, emergency suitcase and first‑aid kits, keeping them ready for use.
• Manage stock, order medical supplies and keep inventory up to date.
• Record daily treatments in the log book and handle repatriation procedures.
• Maintain relationships with local doctors and medical facilities, providing technical assistance to the club’s doctors.
