About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Technologist to join our team in Durban. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to support project delivery, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities within projects and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services.
• Document projects according to supervisor guidelines.
• Produce high‑quality drawings and documentation.
• Participate in technical discussions and project delivery meetings.
• Write clear meeting minutes.
• Interact with project teams and external consultants.
• Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts.
• Resolve on‑site or consultant conflicts ethically and without escalation.

Required profile

• A.N. Dip/BTech in a relevant engineering field.
• 0‑3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Ability to deliver quality documentation within required timeframes.
• Professionalism, awareness of deadlines, and continuous‑learning mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ownership of work, teamwork, and adaptability.
