Guest Service Agent (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Guest Service Agent will be the primary point of contact for Arabic‑speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay at Raffles Seychelles. This role combines front‑desk duties with personalized guest relations, requiring coordination across multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary standards of behavior, appearance and attitude in the Front Office.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and special arrangements, coordinating with Concierge, Butler and Housekeeping.
• Prepare pre‑arrival communications, VIP profiles and amenity orders for upcoming arrivals.
• Conduct check‑in and check‑out, provide resort introductions and ensure positive guest impressions.
• Track guest feedback, update profiles with preferences and follow up after departure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic speaking required; additional language preferred.
• Ability to work calmly, courteously and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, rapport‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
